I had a wonderful time in Finca Uga. The location great and it’s a great base for traveling around and exploring the island as a solo traveler or couple. A special mention for Alfons who is a gentlemen. The garden is also a lovely addition when I had time to sit out in it. There is also ample free parking. If I am back in Lanzarote I will definitely be staying here again.

The apartment is cosy and was very clean. Alfonso the owner is very nice and helpful. The location in Uga is also great and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. We really liked it and would stay there again at any time. 🙂

I attended primarily for the folk music/dancing event on the Saturday - an important part of Canarian culture. It was part of the five day Uga village celebration for the fiesta of San Isidoro. Most days there was a lot of pop music late into the night from the events in the public ground adjacent to the finca. Stairs in the finca are steep and require care. Facilities are good. Alfonso makes a very good effort as host.
