The rooms were nice and the hotel was very well located. Breakfast was lovely and staff were great, especially Ogle! The nearby mail was lovely for kids.

The staff were really helpful. They have a baggage hold service I was able to use both before check in and after check out which is really convenient. The bath in the room was also surprisingly long for a Japanese hotel, which was a nice plus.
