The hotel is in a very good location, a short distance from the train station, almost directly on the Alpe Adria bike path and within walking distance from the city center. The owner and his daughter were welcoming, and we received a free can of Coca-Cola each as a welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished.

This property had an excellent location - quiet at night with easy parking, but within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was friendly and the room had everything we needed.

The place is out of this world ❤️ — authentic Italian hospitality and a wonderful sense of community ❤️. It's a pity we stayed just one night; I can't wait to come back again. The room was exceptionally nice and clean, with a spacious, spotless bathroom, a comfortable mattress, and a TV. There was a kettle for tea or instant coffee with two cups, more than enough towels, a hairdryer, and small shampoos.

Very spacious room and bathroom and very comfortable and quiet, despite being above their restaurant Small fridge in room was nice for our early breakfast Nice terrace behind building from restaurant which we could use Location was ok. An easy bike ride to the center but it would have been a long walk. Free parking beside building ok but very limited so a bit chaotic with cars of other guests
