Beautiful big private lodges. About 20 minutes to the national park - they organised a private safari for us and we saw so many animals! Delicious dinner and breakfast made by host and his wife using ingredients from their garden. They really went the extra mile to make our stay amazing. Close to a property with a pool (2 minutes walk) which the host sent us directions to, so when it was really hot we went there.

The communication was exceptional from start to finish. Sachith was incredibly caring and attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. He and his wife run this lovely family business with so much warmth, and it really shows. They even helped us arrange a tuk-tuk, which made everything so easy. The place itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed and you can tell a lot of care went into every corner.

Great stay at Mango Tree House, hosts very welcoming. Dinner and Breakfast were excellent. Our rooms were very comfortable. The afternoon safari arranged by the hosts was thoroughly worthwhile, our driver did a great job.

We had a really great stay. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. In addition, the breakfast was great and the dinner buffet offered delicious local dishes. The hotel is located in a small village with friendly local residents and is just a short drive from Udawalawe National Park. Definitely a hotel we would recommend.
