The fine print
At check-in, all guests must present a valid proof of identification and of on-going travel.Please note that the property accepts a maximum group size of 4 guests.The last 300m stretch towards the property is steep. Please park your vehicle in a safe parking spot in the vicinity.- We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
- Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families.
- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
- Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.
- We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.
- Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per property’s discretion and local laws. Please reach out to the property prior to your arrival to confirm the same.

We love the staff were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly, they look after us very well, I want to shout out to Madho, Rame, Kisha, Ding and Chef Vijay (apologies if any is wrongly written) they have been AMAZING!! Thank you for make such a good memories, food was great! The view is amazing, and staff so humble and gentle, THANK YOU I will come back again for sure!

The staff is very welcoming and professional, superb clean room with a view of the lake. Rooftop restaurant with panoramic views. Excellent cook for both Indian dishes and pasta. I can only recommend this quiet place, 5 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Udaipur. Thanks to Krishna, the manager of the establishment, for his kindness. Eric P.
