The three meals we had were very satisfying. At dinner, we tried out the Rajasthani fare and found it interesting. Breakfast was just right.

Great pool and surrounding gardens/grounds. Bikes are fun, not much of the space for bicycling, but one can get to the pier on the lake within minutes from hotel to enjoy gorgeous sunrises.

Before our stay we corresponded with the hotel several times as we were not sure we would be able to come due to my husband’s father being very poorly. The staff were so kind and understanding. This hotel has a great location on the lakeside away from the town centre but from the boat jetty we had an amazing sunrise view of the city palace. Sunset boat trip for just the two of us was well worth the money. Sunset point in the spacious grounds was also wonderful. Food was great and all staff very friendly. We enjoyed using the gym and then having a swim. We booked the free individual yoga sessions in the morning. Vish the yoga and sports instructor was so good at personalising the yoga. My husband cycles a lot and is quite inflexible. Vish gave him some exercises that will help him and also helped me have a go at some yoga poses that I have never quite mastered.
