Property was fantastic Staff were amazing Dinners in all the restaurants were excellent - get the included breakfast - it’s 100% worth it Sunset cruise was great / guide was awesome and the island was really cool Pool facilities are fantastic and the Rajsthani dance each evening was amazing and different each night Food in the fine dining restaurant was also great and the chef was really lovely and made me some dishes with less spice so I could properly enjoy 100% worth every dollar and couldn’t recommend it enough We went into town one day too and the staff organised an auto for us which was awesome and took us around all the landmarks

Service is beyond belief. Service and tour provided by Shourya was impeccable. From welcome to room upgrade everything was flawless. Can't wait to be back with family. Soumil at gym also provided phenomenal service.

From the moment you land at the arrival point on the shore you are treated as a royal member. The short boat trip to the hotel reveals as you get closer the grandeur and opulence that this hotel exudes. As you land on hotel shore the Rajasthani attendant holds a ceremonial umbrella and you are showered by rose petals.Our check in facilitated by Mr Naman sharma(Front Desk Executive) was truly a personalised service, The restaurants are truly exclusive the food the views par excellence! Our special thanks to Jharokha Restaurant Manager Pramod Narayanan the Chef Anup and Surender Vijay they all truly made our stay special with their attention to every detail, our requests and service.Thank you Taj Lake Palace Hotel The staff service deserves special mention. Warm, intuitive, and highly professional, they ensure every guest feels valued and cared for throughout the stay
