Keyur “Mixed Experience with Excellent Location and Room Quality, but Disappointing Breakfast Service”

The hotel's location was perfect, and I found the rooms to be clean and well-maintained. The staff were also friendly and cooperative, which was a definite plus. However, the breakfast experience was extremely disappointing – it was a complete joke. The breakfast area was unclean, with flies visible everywhere, and the overall space was messy and poorly maintained. My most frustrating experience revolved around the Jain breakfast request. Despite requesting it both at the time of booking and again at check-in, it wasn't prepared. The chef was rude and initially refused to serve us Jain breakfast. After persistent requests, he finally prepared it, but did so with an "ugly face," which was incredibly annoying and unprofessional. This significantly detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Great location, amazing mountain views, facilities, breakfast spread was good too. Close to ooty lake and Karnataka Siri horticlurure garden. Value for money. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property in a quiet location for relax. Lawn jam and play area keeps us busy and enjoy your time in lawn. Staff is very helpful and caters our needs. They have cab service for pick and drop and sightseeing on extra cost. Rooms are neatly arranged and clean.
