The room sizes are large, facilities good with a shower and bath in the room. Air con also helpful. We booked as my other half booked a spa and afternoon tea for us, so we had the night, also. Staff were friendly, breakfast was OK - I did notice the cups at breakfast weren't greatly clean (lots of staining in them) and the teaspoon provided on the table at breakfast, during the cream tea and in the bedroom were stained and visibly dirty - just expected better from a Gold Club. Overall, though, clean.

The staff were with one exception. Pleasant courteous and helpful. Lovely area .we were visiting Glyndebourne.

Our stay with family exceeded expectations, staff at reception and restaurant were amazing. The breakfast manager (Anurag) took good care of us despite our huge number (17) and we were able to sit within close proximity. The pool facilities were very impressive as was the complimentary offer of milk bottles especially for our children.
