The villa is lovely but dated. The grounds are magnificent. Great location for restaurants and cafes which made it super easy to select a diverse range of food options.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful host. Very accommodating when we asked for an extra mattress. Spacious house with plenty of outside seating areas at front, back of house on 2 levels. Very helpful arrival instructions, transported us by scooter in the rain. Responded to requests quickly via WhatsApp. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast can be delivered to the house which we tried once, all food and value for money. Plenty of cafes close by to choose from for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Taxi service very close by for scooter into Ubud or further. Garden is beautiful brimming with wildlife and a lovely pool. Good air conditioning.

Breakfast not included in our deal (not offered), but small café/restaurant 3-4 minutes away - absolutely fine. We liked it so much we asked to stay an extra day, and were able to.

A lovely villa- down a long pathway. Which has no car access.A 20 min walk into Ubud central. Communication was excellent and staff met us at the top of the path to take our luggage.
