The staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. The whole athmosphere of the resort is magic and very exclusive. The restaurant we used to go (Cascade) serves magnificent food for reasonable prices. The rooms are very clean and beautiful and the view over the jungle is just outstanding. Many thanks to the whole Viceroy team for this amazing experience!

Beautiful staff and property was exceptional. You are axlittle outside Ubud which is good if you want quiet but not if you would like to walk to restaurants and shopping. There is a free shuttle that runs every two hours.

The staff were extremely welcoming, and so pleased we were returning guests. The food was brilliant in both restaurants. The facilities were perfect and everything is well maintained.
