The staff were so wonderful - extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. They really make the stay extra special. The room is a good size, the air con works well, the bathroom is big and has really nice shampoo and shower gel, housekeeping is quick and good and the veranda is really nice to chill out on. The breakfast is also pretty good - better than most places.

Excellent location for the Yoga barn Staff organised a customised trip and I was very impressed and grateful for my room upgrade. I had a massage and it was excellent although I did suggest they use some josticks or room oils to improve the damp smells I had breakfast included. It was a little disappointing because at other hotels the cooks added tofu to substitute for egg or to improve nutritional value as I am a vegan. Unfortunately this was not offered. Also on one morning avocado on toast was chosen by me but they put egg on it …. I said that I had said that I was vegan. They then removed the egg and gave it back! I felt they were a bit careless of my vegan perspective or dietary needs The reception manager Desi apologised and it was rectified kindly by the cook who made me another plate The staff overall are very kind and helpful but just a little extra on the food options for breakfast if one has an allergy or is Vegan would be great. After staying in 4 other hotels before this stay I can see that the cooks can and have been very accommodating to my vegan needs

The staff were excellent and very attentive. The room was spotless and well kept. Very close to the yoga barn (10m from their garden gate). Location in Ubud is great, a short walk from the centre - close but not too close.
