The whole experience was amazing, from the facilities to the staff to the food. It was really an exceptional hotel to the point where we didn't want to leave. It was my birthday, and the hotel really went the extra mile to make it special; they sent me a complimentary cake to the room and also did a surprise birthday arrangement with towels and balloons and a sweet card. The pool had a fantastic view, the hotel restaurants were really delicious, and the gym had everything, including complimentary cold towels and apples to snack on after the workout. My family booked the breakfast picnic in the middle of the rice fields for my birthday, and again, they sent a comlimentary cake and candle to the picnic, one of the staff was with us for the whole picnic making sure we had everything we needed (I think his name was Nova or Nofa) he was so helpful and gave us a tour of the farm and the rice fields.

Great hotel. Great service. Great location. The view is awesome. Very nice kids club for kids with very kind staffs. Near to city and all activities without crowd of the city.

The location is stunning. The views from Tabia, Tall Tress, Lobby Bar and the pool were spectacular. Laying by the pool with the forest view is so soothing. The food in every venue is outstanding. The breakfast buffet is incredible.

The hotel is beautiful - such a relaxing setting in amongst the jungle and the amenities are perfect for a relaxing holiday.
