Resort Overview

Situated about a 15-minute drive from Ubud Market and Ubud Royal Palace, The Sawah Resort & Villa offers a beautiful self-catering accommodation surrounded by lush rice fields, with a private outdoor pool and free WiFi access in all areas of the property.
It takes about a 10-minute drive from the property to Ubud's Sacred Monkey Forest, and around a 15-minute drive to the Goa Gajah historical site. Getting to Bali Denpasar International Airport will take around 1 hour by car.
The accommodation at The Sawah Resort & Villa will provide guests with a semi-open living area featuring sofa and flat-screen satellite TV and DVD player, minibar, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The air-conditioned bedroom is fitted with an en suite bathroom which has bath and shower facility and free toiletries. Guests can enjoy a pool view from the room.

Incredible value for money. The staff were so lovely and helpful, breakfast overlooking the rice terrace was delicious and so peaceful, and the rooms were wonderful considering the price. Feels in the middle of nowhere (which is what we wanted) but close enough to waterfalls and right next to a decent-enough cafe restaurant.

Staff were very kind and friendly and if I needed anything it was provided. One example was when Sawah staff took me into Ubud on scooter when taxis wouldn't come due to traffic jam. . Proximity to Ubud was close despite being located out in countryside amongst rice fields, so very peaceful and quiet.

I loved my stay at The Sawah Villa & Resort. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing holiday. The staff were super friendly, the room was clean and comfy, and the pool was a great spot to chill. The food was tasty too!
