Everything. Love the intimate size. Appealed to adults who enjoy the quieter, refined vibe. Staff were excellent, friendly, prompt and attention to detail. Chef was exquisite. Spa staff on point. Room facilities top class.

The welcoming of the employees, providing an umbrella as it was raining and assistance with the luggage. The room was upgraded from balcony suite to one with a private pool. The room was very clean, bed comfortable and the shower with rainfall head was very nice. Recommend the 15 minute free massage as well. The dinner menu was extensive and there were vegetarian options available. The breakfast was very nice. I had an issue with the TV remote and they resolved it quickly.
