Huge modern feel. Rooftop open air space . Supermarket within 20m . Laundry within 20m. Some excellent restaurants within 1-2 min walk

The location, the private pool, the water purification which could be turned from cold to hot, the covered upstairs deck which was great for when it was raining or too sunny downstairs.
