My partner and I stayed at The Alena Resort, a Pramana Experience, for just one night as a short weekend escape from Sanur, and honestly, we wished we could have stayed much longer. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. We were warmly welcomed already at the parking area, offered a welcome drink, and the staff immediately took care of us and our luggage with such kindness and professionalism. The restaurant was beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect start to our stay. A very special thank you goes to Mr. Dewa, the hotel manager, for his truly professional and caring approach, and also to the lovely Dessi, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel genuinely valued and cared for. We were also lucky to experience the beautiful KARNA room with a private pool and garden, and it was simply stunning. The whole resort feels luxurious, calm, and perfectly maintained. Everything was spotless, beautifully prepared, and of very high quality—from the amenities to the Sensatia cosmetics. The spa experience was also wonderful. The jacuzzi was perfect, and the massage treatments were so relaxing that I even fell asleep, which says everything. What stood out the most was the feeling that the team truly cared about making our stay unforgettable. Thanks to Mr. Dewa and the entire staff, this was not just a hotel stay, but a genuinely memorable experience. We will definitely come back and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for luxury, peace, and exceptional hospitality.

I’ve stayed at other 5-star resorts, but this place truly stands out with its stunning facilities and design. The staff were incredibly kind, and the food was exceptional—especially the Bolognese spaghetti; it had a unique Balinese touch that was surprisingly delicious! The spa experience was also a highlight. The massage room's ambiance and interior felt very high-end, and the treatment itself was perfect. I was also impressed by the Finnish sauna and steam room facilities. As a non-native English speaker, I found it very convenient to communicate through WhatsApp. Being a solo female traveler, I was initially a bit nervous, but I felt completely safe and at home within a day. Honestly, I enjoyed my stay here more than at other resorts with higher ratings. I can't wait to come back!"

Beautiful resort tucked away. Very well maintained. The most polite and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The food and drinks are really good. They offer so many extras and the spa is great. Throughly enjoyed our stay.
