The resort is an amazing oasis nestled between the forest and rice fields. The staff were truly amazing and were always friendly, kind and attentive throughout our stay. The pools and spa were fantastic and provided both luxury and privacy for us, being very clean and of top quality. The restaurant was also great so if you want to eat at the resort you will have loads of tasty options of food and drink.

I love everything about this hotel. The staffs were very kind and attentive. We are couples visiting to bali for our honeymoon and we stayed at Alena for two nights. We arrived at the hotel very late after 10pm. We were told that the restaurant is already closed but when we said we were very starving, they have offered us egg sandwich for both of us which was very nice gesture and it tasted really yum.

Staff are extremely kindly. The resort has everything you need. Comfortable and luxurious rooms. The food also very tasty!
