We stayed in Surya Kembar for 5 days. This was our first experience in Bali and Ubud did not disappoint. The service was absolutely outstanding- staff went above and beyond. A level of service I have never experienced before. Daily housekeeping was great. The restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was outstanding. The attention to detail and our comfort level was apparent. Laundry could be organised. Drinks available by the pool. So incredibly well priced! There was a kindness towards the local animals which we loved and a chill calm atmosphere. We stayed at a luxury escapes resort in Uluwatu after our stay at Surya Kembar and we thought Surya Kembar was so much better. The privacy, sounds of nature, the quiet dining and spectacular staff. The best stay we could have asked for. Thank you to the wonderful staff- you made the stay what it was.

The staff were exceptional, extremely helpful and pleasant. The landscaped environment was gorgeous and incredibly peaceful. My room (Sunday)was spacious and comfortable. The pool and seating area located outside the room was very comfortable and relaxing. The reception staff ( Dewi and colleagues) were attentive,friendly and informative. Their English was excellent. The restaurant staff were also lovely.Incredible value.

Everything was amazing, the staff were so lovely and attentive, the facilities at the hotel and the gym next door were great, lovely food and great pools, beautiful rooms and so peaceful
