The location was perfect for my needs/wants! Very close to the morning market that I love visiting most mornings. Quite central, easy commute to restaurants/shopping and sightseeing central Ubud.

Kind and considerate staff, great water pressure in shower/bathroom, excellent location close to my favorite (known) market in Ubud. Great area for walks through sidestreets filled with local vendors always eager to connect. Easy location to find various restaurants suitable for various tastes and budgets!

The housekeeper was extremely nice, welcoming and friendly. He even made us very nice small breakfast. The location is amazing and for the price I would definitely go there again. It's not a hotel, so don't expect one, but we loved it.

This property is in the middle of a calm area of the center of Ubud. You are a 2 min walk onto the Main Street which has all the amenities needed for your stay eg Bars, restaurants, shops etc. The room is adequate with clean bedding and towels. It has a private bathroom with toilet and shower that is totally functional. The owners are exceptionally kind and providing. The breakfast of fruit and pancake is amazing.
