I think I’ve never had such heartfelt service in my whole entire life - a had a horrible flu, so the staff members brought me ginger tea, flowers and a ”get well” card and never failed to ask if there would be anything more they could do. I felt so warm and well taken care of, which makes the world of difference especially when travelling alone. A genuine thank you.

Cute little hotel tucked just off the main roads just South Of Ubud. Amazing staff, room was clean and well presented. Two pool areas to move between if you want to follow the sun! You could throw a shoe to the local shops. Excellent stay. Will be coming back!

I don’t know if they actually notice when we leave the hotel, but the room is magically cleaned and ready without having to use one of those Make Up Room or Do not Disturb door tags. Unlike one of those huge hotels, the small size here means all the staff know you and your needs well. Have stayed in IKN Swissotel, Jakarta Hilton and am now in Kuta but the hospitality of this place is truly the best.

Everyone was extremely friendly. The Room was beautiful, clean and quiet at night. Breakfast was very very good, we were surprised and very happy. Free shuttle around Ubud was a Service we loved. Amazing Hotel, highly recommended! Thank you all at Sabana Ubud! We will come back!!
