We were 4 adults with 2 kids staying at Radha Phala and they have connecting door connecting our room but each room has door which make it still private for our families. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. THE BEST THING HAPPENED when we got spa near the pool and they gave us the LAST TOUCH TREATMENT on our room with Hita and Desi. The staff were extremely nice and I would speak with them and they say hi to my children every day. WE LOVE THEM ALL. We would definitely come back on August ;)

We were well cared for, as Arvan made sure we were comfortable and all our needs were met. He booked free shuttle for us, and fed us delicious black rice pudding! When we checked out, the kitchen team gave us Balinese snack in stick shape, so they were all so nice

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. What stood out the most was the genuinely warm and attentive team. Every staff member made guests feel seen and welcome, sincerely showing interest in our plans and always being willing to help. The atmosphere in the room was calm, comfortable and very relaxing. I finally had a chance to properly rest and sleep well. The bed was excellent and the overall feeling of the space was very peaceful. What I especially appreciated was the style of management through genuine guest connection. It was wonderful to see the General Manager personally communicating with guests, showing sincere care and interest. This creates a very different feeling compared to many hotels and says a lot about the culture of the team. A special thank you as well to the massage therapists — their professionalism and care added greatly to the overall experience. Overall, I would be very happy to stay here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.
