Nice location quiet with nice outlook Balinese staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is included. Nice pool and outlook. A nice long walking path by rice paddies so long as you are not bothered by a lot of motorcycles.

I loved the quietness, the peace and intimacy of this small family run accomodation. The view is spectacular, surrounding restaurants and cafe accessible, a walk into town, but away from the street noise. The hosts Maya and Swem are also very sweet and accommodating. I extended my stay for one more week.

The accommodation is absolutely beautiful! I would recommend it to everyone. Unfortunately, we had to leave early because my boyfriend got sick and we needed air conditioning. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. The staff is incredibly kind and very helpful. Our bags were even picked up, since it’s a bit of a walk from the taxi drop-off point. The owner, Swem, gives lots of great tips upon arrival for your stay in Ubud and can also arrange a scooter if you’re interested. The view from the veranda and the pool is breathtaking. The location is central but just outside the busy area. There are plenty of restaurants and cozy spots within walking distance. Also, there are many different options for breakfast with amazing fresh fruit. Maya and Swem are super welcoming, and we felt very much at home.
