Very helpful and caring towards guests, sorted out hiking up Mount Batur and ATV quad riding for us the following day! They couldn’t be more accommodating.

The accommodation is very beautiful. It is quiet, and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is delivered to the room in the morning. The furniture in the room is a bit old, but still acceptable. The rooftop pool is exceptional and peaceful. There are a few sun loungers and chairs, as well as tables in the shade. The plants on the rooftop terrace are very well maintained. It was truly a wonderful stay.
