When in the correct room was comfortable and spacious. Initially room offered was on 2 flights stairs up even though had confirmed double room ground floor in reply message. Put in 2 singles bed room for first night to have ground floor due to this mix up Which was not to same standard as the room we transferred to. Need to update bed linen as grey in colour and old stains on some. Otherwise bed was comfortable and surroundings lovely oasis in middle of UBUD hubbub.

The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the luggage service - especially as there are a lot of stairs. The breakfast was tasty each morning.

Location was fab. Close enough to the main street to walk in 5mins but set back enough for it to be peaceful. We loved how traditional it was. Unfortunately I got Bali Belly whilst there (not from the accommodation) & as a lone parent, this meant I could not go out to get my daughter food. Staff were brilliant & brought food up to the room for her.
