We had an amazing family holiday. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating and the grounds are beautiful. The housekeeping were exceptional. We had a napping toddler so our villa was cleaned whenever we requested same. The food was delicious. The butlers were always on hand and checked in often. They sourced the best Nanny who came with a bag full of toys, our son loved her. The setting and kids pool were great. As this was a family holiday we took advantage of the kids club. Our son loved it there and the staff were phenomenal and so good at their jobs. An excellent facility. Also very handy having the free shuttle bus into Ubud. The groundsmen kept the hotel in pristine condition. Lots to do here.

This resort is perfect! From the location, design, cleanliness, amenities and food options. And of course the staff. The whole team is awesome. Our butlers Rani, Rupa and Aris really took good care of us. Wayan, the chef, made our Teppanyaki experience unforgettable. The Spa team was great as well. Everyone from the restaurant and the pools made sure we are attended with our needs. I highly recommend Maya Ubud Resort & Spa to those who want a peaceful retreat in Bali.
