The accommodation is very close to everything, yet the street is quiet. The staff made a wonderful breakfast every morning. They were very helpful. The air conditioning worked great.

Lovely host, who helps with questions! Kertayasa ist nice located in Ubud, the street is narrow and calm, nice pool, comfortable bed and best price. We would stay again!

I absolutely loved staying here and felt so at home with kadek and her family. I was upstairs with a gorgeous view of Mt Agung on a full moon. Breakfast is the best I have ever had ! Huge and such a big variety. The pool is cool and very lovely also. It was very quiet in my room. Also. I will definitely be back. Terimah kasi !

The homestay is located right in the heart of Ubud, about a 5–10 minute walk from both Ubud Market and Ubud Palace, an excellent location for exploring on foot. I initially booked for two nights but extended my stay because I really liked it. I had checked several other homestays in the same price range nearby, and this one was easily the best, most others had a slight damp smell, but this one was fresh and clean. My first-floor room was spacious and well-ventilated, and I didn’t experience any odor in the room or bathroom. The breakfast was simple but wholesome, and the staff were very warm and accommodating. You need to request room cleaning when needed, which was fine for me. They also have a small shared kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, and basic utensils, which makes it convenient if you want to cook simple meals or prepare tea/coffee. Overall, it’s not a luxury property but a very comfortable, well-located, and great-value stay. Highly recommended for budget travelers looking for a clean and convenient base in Ubud.
