Marina “Wonderful stay with genuine care and comfort”

I stayed in a villa with a private pool and had a truly wonderful experience. Although the hotel is located a bit away from central Ubud, it offers so many advantages that it is absolutely worth it. The property is large, secluded, quiet, beautiful, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive. I especially appreciated how much effort everyone made to ensure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. The bed was the most comfortable one I had in Bali, and the pillows were amazing — it was the only hotel where I slept really well and had no neck pain. The bathroom was also impressive. I also loved the complimentary activities, especially the yoga and the excursion to the nearby village, which was fascinating and gave me a deeper understanding of Balinese daily life and culture. Breakfast was rich and delicious, and the wine selection by the glass was outstanding — one of the best I have seen in hotels, clearly chosen with great care and professionalism.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kappa Senses Ubud. The place is incredibly peaceful, nestled in an environment that truly reflects the beauty of Ubud and its rice fields. The staff is remarkably professional, with a level of training worthy of a true 5-star hotel. Always smiling, attentive, and helpful, they address guests by name and remember every preference, which makes the experience even more personal. The manager and the entire team (Puspa, Ari, Lopez, Lisna, Tiara and all the other wonderful team members) genuinely go above and beyond. The food is fresh, delicious, and of outstanding quality. Special mention to the talented French chef. Breakfast overlooking the rice fields is simply breathtaking. The architecture, design, and attention to detail in the rooms are impressive. Everything is thoughtfully designed for comfort, calm, and well-being. The hotel is exceptionally quiet and serene. The complimentary classes and activities offered to guests are outstanding. I have never seen anything like this before: you could easily spend your entire stay within the hotel and its surroundings without ever getting bored. The free shuttle to the city center, running several times a day, is also very convenient. I especially appreciated the hotel’s commitment to promoting local craftsmanship and talent, which adds even more meaning to the experience. In summary, a true haven of peace—elegant, authentic, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking calm, quality, and excellence. I will definitely return. And above all: THANK YOU TO THE KAPPA SENSES TEAM!!!

My stay here was truly magical. The place has unique details and a very mindful, attentive approach in everything they do. The spaces are beautiful, the restaurants are fantastic, and the breakfast is excellent. Congratulations to the team for their great work — I will always choose to stay here whenever I visit Ubud.
