This is my fifth stay at this hotel . I love it . The location in Ubud is perfect , very close to everything . The bedrooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated and the bathrooms are currently undergoing a huge upgrade with top quality fixtures. Each suite has a large balcony that overlooks the most gorgeous lush tropical gardens . Serenity steps away from the otherwise busy streets of Ubud . But what makes this hotel stand out from all the others is the outstanding staff that serve in all capacities on a daily basis . From the lady who lays the blessings around the hotel , to the reception staff , the porters , the dining staff , they bring smiles and warmth and dedication . We feel welcomed the minute we step in the reception area . Its a hotel I will continue going back to .

Love the location. The river, the beautiful gardens and LOVELY staff made for a wonderful stay and I will definitely be back.
