From the greetings to being shown the entire property prior to getting to our room, outstanding. Spacious, clean and quiet room away from the street noise. Excellent pool area with plenty of in-house eating and on street option. Brilliantly located within Ubud.

Lovely, friendly, helpful staff throughout the hotel, which is located a few minutes walk from the centre of Ubud with its many restaurants, shops, craft stalls and temples. Excellent art galleries such as ARMA and Neka are a few minutes away by Grab taxi (make sure you get the app) which only costs a couple of pounds. The room was large, spotlessly clean and we had twin beds and a large walk-in shower. Breakfast was excellent, whether the eggs and bacon, etc., or the delicious fruit smoothie, which looked as beautiful as it tasted. Other meals were fine, or lots of restaurants nearby. There are plants and flowers and fish ponds everywhere throughout the hotel, but we were not bothered by mosquitoes. The pool is small, but great to dip in to cool off. Tip: An hour north is the lovely Firefly gardens - well worth a visit early evening and it is in hardly any guide books.
