Wonderful staff, so kind and helpful , beautiful room , very comfortable bed . The pool and gardens were beautiful , breakfast was excellent as was the food generally including the wonderful room service . The spa and massage were wonderful.

Wonderful hotel, decor of the hotel, and of the room; the comfort was perfect, everything is there, in every details; the staff is very kind and very professional; the place is simply beautiful, very peaceful, the swimming pool is so enjoyable; the hotel is also very well located in Ubud. Food is also very good; The value price/qualityu is very very good;
