Resort Overview

Chapung Sebali is situated within a traditional village on hillside of Ubud. It features villas with private pools as well as the famous Jungle Fish pool bar and an infinity pool, open to both resident and non-resident guests overlooking the valley. Yoga classes, rice field trekking, horse-riding and cycling activities are offered. Guests can stay connected with the free WiFi access throughout the property.
The scenic journey from Chapung Sebali into central Ubud takes just 10 minutes by car. Ngurah Rai International Airport is approximately a 90-minute drive away.
Airy villas with plenty of natural light await guests of Chapung Sebali. Each air-conditioned villa includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Guests can relax with a drink from the minibar as they lounge by the pool or take a walk among the greenery.

It was a nice stay overall but wish it was better! As a boutique hotel we thought it would be intimate, tranquil and private but it was surprisingly very noisy with outside guests permitted to use the main and only hotel pool and restaurant (jungle fish) - beware there are shockingly so many families and loud kids that come in. We avoided the main hotel areas for that reason and stayed in our villa. The spa got quite noisy from being right next to the pool club as well. I would say it’s more pool club than luxury hotel which is a shame.

Woww! Literally love everything about this place! We loved it so much we extended it and went back again! The food is amazing, staff is so lovely and polite, feels so private and peaceful! Loved watching the sunrise in the mornings and the blind pig has lovely cocktails and board games for those with kids and family!
