Don’t trust the photos. The territory of this hotel is much, much greener, more beautiful, and more blooming than you can see in any pictures. Everything here feels even better in real life. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and enjoyable — I was honestly excited every single day just to be here. The staff are amazing: super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. The room is clean and well-maintained, housekeeping does a great job every day. The pool is clean and refreshing, perfect for relaxing. The food is delicious, with plenty of options, and the drinks are just as good. Overall, everything was great — truly a wonderful experience. I would definitely come back!

The property was amazing, great facilities, easy communication with staff (great English), the spa was exceptional, the cook was very kind - food was always prepared within minutes of the request and brought into the room - their food was absolutely amazing (especially the spring rolls), staff were very attentive - always asking if I needed anything, if I was to need anything they brought it to me within minutes of the request, the room was in great condition - had everything that I needed for a great stay.

It’s like a home away from home. Yani, Yuli and Eka are lovely lovely people and treat you so well. Also the man who does security I think, I can’t remember his name, I am sorry but is wonderful. Beds are extremely comfy! Customer service is amazing and it’s our fourth stay!
