We loved staying at Byasa! The staff were absolutely beautiful with excellent service and care. It was quiet and peaceful but so close to everything in Ubud. I couldn’t recommend this accommodation enough. We had breakfast included in our stay which was delicious and very generous. Fresh fruits, eggs, toast, pancakes, tea and coffee. They cater for any dietary requirements (gluten free for us) with no problem. Great menu for lunch and dinner, we would definitively stay again. Such a lovely setting and view of the rice fields to wake up to plus very private. They even provide afternoon tea each day complimentary. We had 2 rooms (one my teenage children and one for me, connected by the balcony which was perfect for us. Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location is ideal...just a few minutes' walk to pubs and restaurants, yet once you step inside, you're surrounded by nature and tranquillity. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the food. The breakfast and afternoon tea were great, and the staff kindly accommodated our plant-based diet, which we greatly appreciated! A special thanks to Putu, Dewi, and Eka, who made our stay unforgettable. Their service was exceptional; they went above and beyond to help with our queries and help transportation. We were always greeted warmly upon our arrivals and departures. Communication via WhatsApp was seamless throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel's laundry service was affordable, fast and easy to use. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and always had a warm smile on their faces. When we got sick during our stay, they immediately assisted us in finding a doctor – something we truly appreciated. The hotel was very clean, and our room was cleaned daily, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is also excellent – just a short walk from the city center and close to many shops and restaurants.
