Everything perfect. Helpful owner, delicious breakfast, clean pool and rooms. Nice surrounding in the nature, very central in ubud.

Basic room but very clean, lovely shower and the breakfast was a lovely bonus , staff were fabulous

Location wise, near Ubud Palace, Ubud Art Market and the famous Gaotama street. Plenty restaurant and Cafe nearby. The rooms are clean and the staff was attentive and helpful. The AC was working well, and the hot water need to wait 3-4 minutes to have it warm-hot but it's still fine.
