From the very first moment we were treated like royalty, staff had an amazing eye for detail, very service minded, attentive and always with a smile. We felt really seen as guests and their positive energy was infectious! Food was really good and a very good price! For breakfast you choose between different menus and we even had an incredible floating breakfast in the pool. The pool and garden area was so peaceful and felt secluded and calm. It's a bit away from central Ubud which we liked as it was more tranquil but worth noting it's not easy walking to the centre. The beds and pillows were amazing, the balcony was spacious and has views of the pool, they left water every time they cleaned... we loved everything!

Beautiful place, the pool, the cleanliness, attention to the details. There were 3 towels and 2 complimentary bottles of water per person which I appreciate, makes your stay more comfortable. The room is nice as in the pictures and has useful furniture. Peaceful spot. Staff was supportive. Different light options. Comfy bed, pillows, linen. It is close to main streets by bike.
