I had an incredible experience staying at Artotel Haniman in Ubud. The room was beautifully designed, with stylish furniture and a huge, super comfortable bed that made it hard to leave in the morning! Breakfast is served at the coffee shop next door and it was absolutely delicious – a perfect start to each day. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and they went above and beyond by preparing a lovely birthday surprise in my room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my day extra special. Overall, everything from the design to the service was top-notch. Highly recommended – I’d love to come back again!

The rooms were large and generally comfortable. We were in the only two rooms on the top floor (3rd) other than the office and the spa, so we didn't have any passing foot traffic. There was also a lovely little welcome package on our beds as well. The staff were wonderful and accommodated our every need. They also helped us book a tour guide through the hotel that took us out for 5 hours to see Ubud. The hotel also offers welcome drinks and food vouchers for the cafe next door, and spa packages. The central location makes it easy to catch a Grab to anywhere in central Ubud for next to nothing. We had a great spa experience and chose to do it as our very last activity to round out our holiday :)

Simple and elegant design. Beds are very spacious and comfortable. We had a lot of luggage including surfboards and the staff was very forthcoming with bringing it to our rooms and storing it on the day of departure. One day day of our stay while I was sick, the reception and checked in with me if there was anything they could provide me with. Outstanding hospitality. Also the airport shuttle was very convenient and was of the staff members drove us!

Staff is friendly. We love the massage facility in the hotel as it provides privacy & convenience. We love the breakfast at Flock too. The waitresses are warm, polite and friendly. Food is good and we love the restaurant ambience.

Beautiful rooms 10/10. Only android TV, smallish pool and next door breakfast not the best, spa ok but even at 50% off expensive and not as good as massage I had for 25% of the price a few doors down.
