The staff were very welcoming from the start. They always had genuine smile and a willingness to help. Communication was easy. We were upgraded to villa without asking. The villa was large and comfortable with a private pool. Heaven! Breakfast buffet was a la carte and had enough options to choose from. Portions were good. Pool was pretty and the bar location on top was so cool. Great sunset views over the rice paddies. Absolute value for money!

Facilities, location (in the middle of the forest/greenery), services (e.g. cultural dance, rooftop bar, live band) and of course- the amazing staff.

Had an absolutely amazing stay at the resort. The rooms were modern and well-designed. There were also villas with private pools—definitely something I wish we had booked. The staff’s hospitality was exceptional, especially Vini, Yinta, and Senti. The place itself is surrounded by serene jungle beauty, making it truly special
