1. The staff at Yuu are genuinely friendly and helpful. 2. Breakfast is fresh, delicious, & prepared quickly every time. 3. The entire hotel is intimate and very clean - much preferred to huge & non-personal. 4. Cleanliness is top notch.

The staff was so polite and friendly. The room was very nice and clean. The bed and pillows was extremely comfortable.
