Location is brilliant in town centre. Good value for money. Clean bedroom. Shower room clean and modern. Room 7 not ensuite but this was no problem as just across hall and private shower room. Comfortable beds, towels and coffee/tea making facilities in room. We opted for small twin room 7 but plenty big enough for a few days. Easy pick up and drop off for keys. Much better than I expected.

The room and washroom were both well maintained and clean for when I first arrived. There was excellent space and accessibility to the kitchen appliances and storage. And, it was very close to the Talyllyn Railway - the highlight of my journey across Wales.
