The food, both at breakfast and evening meal was wonderful, with excellent service. The restaurant is high above the surroundings and thus affords a superb, wide angle view of the vicinity. The location is remote, but the staff are helpful. For instance, we had a slow puncture on the way to Twyfelfountain, which I set about a tyre change the morning about we arrived. Two staff immediately came to help, but actually took over, which was most welcome. A garage and fuel are available near to the resort and so I could get the repair done and refuel the car. It is also possible to obtain cash from a card machine facilitated by staff at reception.

We had a wonderful stay at Twyfelfontein Country Lodge—this place is truly breathtaking. The views are spectacular, the rooms are very comfortable, and the food was good. It was the perfect base to explore the area and relax by the pool to cool down afterwards. One of the highlights was the excursion to Twyfelfontein to see the ancient rock carvings. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience even more memorable. We also visited the Damara Living Museum, which was both enriching and a great place to buy meaningful souvenirs and gifts for family and friends. I especially enjoyed visiting the Organ Pipes—something I had never seen before! Definitely a must-see for fans of rocks, geology, and unique natural formations.

Fantastic location with engravings on site. Watch out for staff: we paid a coffee in cash and waiter retained the equal amount as tip for herself from the change without telling us.

The place is stunning ,the location is beautiful, the construction is amazing . The staff were so attentive. The buffet style menu was very good .high quality food and plenty of it .
