The Kosmic Tortoise is unique and full of heart! A beautiful place with perfect utentsils and amenities (especially for cooking), incredible attention to detail, and truly warm, welcoming hosts. Nothing is left to be desired – absolutely recommended!

Fantastic location, we loved sitting round the fire under the stars. The hosts have thought of everything and the bed was very comfy.

Perfect stay for a secluded get-away with campfire, stargazing and hot chocolate:) The owners were amazing, even gave us a jumpstart when our car ran out of batterie!

Great location- about 10 mins drive from the 29Palms gate of Joshua Tree Reserve. Helpful & knowledgeable host. Very comfortable inside the pod and every possible need thought of from soft fluffy towels and shower toiletries to cooking utensils, great coffee to games. There’s a BBQ (we didn’t use), fire to sit round at night and a hammock.
