The hotel is nice and big, but very cozy with all blocks of one store, viel of greenery, pool. Room was spacious, a bed comfortable, no a/c, but enough a silent ceiling fan. The location near river and walking path and also several min from ADO bus station, what was important to me as I arrived and midnight.

Perfect location close to bus terminal, nice staff, 24 h reception, pool was clean and refreshing, very nice breakfast and coffee!, sheets and bathroom were clean, garden is really nice

I only stayed here one night. It was very windy, and all night long, the metal door of the room would be bouncing against its frame. The bed was not super comfortable. The room was very bleak and could have used some decorations. I liked that it had a 24 hours reception. However, the man who attended me in the morning and whom I asked how to get to San Cristóbal by public transport was of no use at all. The breakfast options could be a bit more varied, especially regarding vegetarian options. As it was quite cool, I did not use the pool. Also, the hotel might be close to the central bus station but having a lot of luggage, you have to take a cab anyways which is quite expensive. Because I didn't know that you can go directly from Tuxtla airport to San Cristóbal, more comfortable, cheaper.

Very nice room, garden, everything. 100% recommend. The breakfast was ok on a weekday. It was some fruit, scrambled eggs with ham, beans and tortilla.
