Hotel Wagelia Espino Blanco, located 8 kilometers north of the city of Turrialba, is located within a Biological Reserve in which 300 species of animals and 500 species of trees are cared for.It has a restaurant, bar, amphitheater and 10 beautiful bungalows located inside the forest. It has Wi Fi in the restaurant and at the reception, as well as free private parking.It consists of 8 walking trails, 2 small waterfalls and 1 viewpoint.The hotel is located in an area of 30 absolutely natural hectares.Our rooms do not have conventional electricity, they are illuminated with rechargeable lamps, they do not have hot water, nor television or Wi-Fi.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

We arrived at dusk and it rained all night. Staying here offers an amazing opportunity to be completely off grid, in a cabin, in the jungle. Walter was a great host. Remember this is Costa Rica, don’t expect hot water! or in this case electricity in the cabin. Walter gave us lanterns and we had a mindful quite night away from everything.
