Fab location, easily accessible to various routes around Plymouth. Perfect for us visiting family there. Lovely property, everything you need is there including condiments! Loved it and hope to stay again next year.

Comfortable house in a reasonably close location to where our boat was moored. Local pub was in walking distance and had very good food. House had enough space for 3 of us (colleagues/friends). Welcome chocolates and flowers were lovely. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Very quiet area.
