We were met in person by Barbara, lovely host, answers messages very quickly. The apartment is on a beautiful avenue but located in the courtyard so complete silence. The building and courtyard are gorgeous. Well oriented so sunny. Nicely furnished. Kitchen is minimalist in terms of accessories and worked for us. There is a nespresso machine and a water boiler. The bed is a little small although the bedroom is of good size. Bathroom has space to leave your toiletries. The location is really convenient. From and to the airport you can even take the airport bus shuttle on piazza Carlo Felice, 5 minutes away by foot. 45 minute ride (very similar to taxi ride).
