The location was excellent. Matteo gave us very good instructions for entry into apartment, and we were able to enter a little earlier than check-in time, which was much appreciated. The apartment is comfortable and the washing machine was great.

I had a fantastic stay at LuxRent Apartment Castello. The location is absolutely superb — right in the heart of Turin, just steps away from key sights, cafés, restaurants, and shopping. It’s central but surprisingly quiet, as the apartment faces a side street/courtyard, so you get the best of both worlds.  The apartment itself is lovely, very clean, and very well maintained. The design is elegant and pleasant, with high-quality furniture, memory mattresses, good linens, and all the essentials are included. The bathrooms are excellent — one of them has a stand-alone bathtub, and there’s also a walk-in shower.  I appreciated the comfort: air conditioning, fast WiFi, a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, and a balcony add to the feel of “home away from home.” It’s spacious too.  The host, Matteo, was great — responsive, helpful, with good tips about local restaurants and how to get around. The check-in system is modern (coded door opening), which made arrival smooth.

The location was perfect, based in the centre of the city. Everything was clean and the place had a homely feel to it. Matteo was really accommodating, giving us tips on how to get around and restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay again.
