The staff were very friendly. Our room was a good size , we received an upgrade, it was clean and the beds very comfortable. There is also a lift. We had booked parking at the hotel door which made driving there very easy. We took breakfast at the hotel which we both really enjoyed, a good selection of cereal, croissants, cakes, cold meats,cheese. I particularly enjoyed the scrambled eggs. The coffee was good. The location for exploring the city centre was excellent.

Nice surprise to be upgraded to a lovely spacious suite.Good location for city centre and Porta Nuova station. Staff were delightful. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff at the hotel were absoutely lovely, so welcoming, helpful and friendly to me. I was even offered a glass of wine when I got back from a long day of meetings. Despite the dated decor, the hotel was spotlessly clean, quiet and had everything I needed. Most impressive was the wonderful service. Thank you!
