Good location, not far from the city center and main attractions, which made it easy to get around. The hotel itself is quite old, but it has its own charm and character. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant overall.

Lovely professional staff, it's a very well run place. We had three balconies in our room, two in the bedroom and one in the bathroom, beautiful high ceilings. The location is great especially if you're arriving late at night, go for the exit in the direction of Corso Bolzano from Porta Susa station. They looked after our cases in a locked store room after we'd checked out which was great. They couldn't have been nicer, lovely people.

Cannot comment on the breakfast as had to leave for an early train from Porto Susa (a short walk from the hotel). Had a goodnights sleep.
