I needed to stay in Turin overnight to xatch an early train form Porta Susa Station and the hotel was exactly what i needed as a woman travelling alone. The staff were very helpful and friendly and 24h reception made me feel more secure. The hotel is very convenient for Porta Susa Station. The room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was great since I stayed during a heatwave. The room was a good size as was the bathroom, Both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean.

The staff are very friendly. Paola and her colleagues were always open to questions and ready to help. The beds are very comfortable, the place was clean and tidy and the hotel is generally kept very well.

A lovely, convenient hotel located next to Torino train station. Rooms are cosy and clean, and staff are extremely helpful and friendly (Shout out to Bianca! thanks for your help!)

Once we went there the receptionist was really kind and very helpful. She showed us our room and I was shocked! The rooms were really clean and so good looking. Bathroom was clean, bedrooms were clean and it also had a nice view. I have to mention that all of the bed were comfortable. Definitely recommend it 👍 👌!!!
