Spacious with all facilities. Spotlessly clean, lovely setting and clse to everything. Host Stephanie was wonderful. She provided us with a welcoming bottle of wine and biscuits. Nothing was too much trouble.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Au Grès des Vignes. We stayed for 8 nights and it was very comfortable indeed, bright and charming. The facilities were excellent - it was equipped with everything we needed. Also, the home was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The owners were very helpful and made us feel really welcome. We were travelling by train and the property was easily accessible on foot from the station - around 8 mins walk. In under 5 mins walk were excellent boulangeries and a mini supermarket. Au Grès des Vignes is well positioned within the beautiful village of Turckheim, which is ideally situated as a base for exploring a lot of the Alsace. We could enjoy walks in both vineyards and mountains from here. A great selling point for the accommodation is its lovely outdoor space - it's rare to find a holiday property in the centre of an Alsace town with space for sitting and relaxing outside. We particularly loved this aspect. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone visiting the Alsace. Thank you to the family for a lovely holiday!

The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for us…within easy walking distance of the town, but in a quiet, secluded area. It was especially lovely to have our own outdoor sitting area. We also had easy access to public transportation. The premises had all the necessary conveniences and were very tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable.
